Did you finish 2019 feeling like you hadn’t achieved what you wanted? Do you feel like you need to clarify some direction in your life? Are you eager to make 2020 a year of greater impact? Shake off those regrets from last year and join me for a morning workshop in which we will get 2020 off to a successful start. Workshop Content Understand what your barriers are to finding direction and taking action. Learn some new ways of relating to your mind to loosen its grip on your behaviour. Do some powerful work on clarifying the kind of person you want to be, and what your values are. Learn the basics of establishing behaviour change and see why previous attempts to set and achieve goals might have failed. Create a solid action plan for 2020 and beyond that will help shape the identity you want to develop. This intimate workshop will involve a range of experiential exercises, journaling, group discussion and fun teaching in a relaxed environment. Is this for me? FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Insight Academy of Australia is located right in the heart of the CBD in between Southern Cross and Flinders Street stations, both less than 10 minutes walk away. Whilst there is parking available in multiple places in the CBD it is advised to take public tranportation or cycle. It'll be better for the environment too!
