Are there ID or minimum age requirements to come for this tour?

No, there's no minimum age or maximum age for this tour. Please notify us if you're travelling together with
a family member of age 3 & below or 65 & above. It will be convenient for us to make the necessary arrangements
before your arrival.

What's the refund policy?

Please take note of our refund policy carefully:

- 80% refund for cancellation before 30 days of the tour.

- 50% refund for cancellation for less than 30 days to 14 days of the tour.

- 20% refund for cancellation for less than 14 days to 7 days of the tour.

- 0% refund for cancellation for less than 7 days of the tour.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, you have to show to our representative at the airport upon your arrival/meet & greet.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No. Arrangements should be made prior to your arrival. On the spot, changes will not be entertained.
