Aspectos como Trazabilidad animal indiviual, bienestar animal, buenas prácticas agropecuarias son fundamentales cuando se trata de la producción de alimentos.
Aspectos como la globalizacion, cambio climático, aumento de la población mundial, disminución de las áreas aptas para la producción de alimentos, hacen primordiales los temas de bioseguridad, inocuidad y seguridad alimentaria, biodiversidad y cuidado del medio ambiente.
