The 4-week cycling specific strength program is a evidence based practice program designed to enhance your level of performance in a time effective manner. The program has been used by local Cyclocross and Cross Country legends such as; Adrian 'Adi' Scott, Isaac Rosenzweig and Dirk Gardner. 

The primary aims are to increase your levels:

- Strength & Conditioning
- Mobility & Flexibility
- Plyometric & Explosive speed
- Increase your lean body weight while reducing fat content.

- Comprehensive movement screening analysis

- Five 1:1 coached sessions (one for movement analysis)
