This five-week introductory course will provide you with all you need to experience the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and easily integrate the practice into your life. NB: The course consists of 5 sessions run over 6 weeks.
Taught by an experienced and passionate meditation teacher, this practical course – for people with busy minds and lives – will give you the opportunity to try a variety of scientifically-proven techniques for instilling inner calm, clarity, focus and balance into your everyday life.
