This five-week introductory course will provide you with all you need to learn the basics and start to experience the benefits of meditation and mindfulness. 

Taught by a qualified, experienced and passionate meditation teacher, this practical course – for people with busy minds and lives – will let you experience a variety of techniques for bringing inner calm, clarity, focus and balance into your everyday life. 

Meditation and mindfulness practices enhance our ability to be present, relaxed, self-aware and creative, and they promote numerous mental, physical and emotional health benefits. See how easy it is to make meditation part of your life.

Session 2 Tuesday 29 May 6:30-7:30pm

Session 3 Tuesday 5 June 6:30-7:30pm

Session 4 Tuesday 12 June 6:30-7:30pm

Session 5 Tuesday 19 June 6:30-7:30pm
