Conscious Change is an 8 week group program (2.5 hour sessions with daily practice) designed to help you develop mindful self-awareness to bring positive change into your life. You will be fully supported in your journey of transformation and personal growth and learn about the latest research on mindfulness, stress reduction, resilience, emotional intelligence. In addition to weekly sessions, there will be formal and informal practices and guided meditations to assist you in cultivating mindfulness in your daily life.
