Enjoy your yoga poses? Want to understand their inner workings at take it deeper?

In this unique workshop you will gain a better understanding of a dynamic flow of prana in your yoga practice, learn about 5 ancient currents of energy moving through your body and meet with doctor, and ayurvedic yogini, Shakthi Ganeshan who will help you understand a lot about energy moving within you.

There will be both theory and practical experience for you to learn and integrate this new information.
