Living a Digital Balanced Life

Like everything, too much of anything can become harmful. Digital technology has significantly enhanced our lives in many areas, but over use can lead to distraction and unproductivity.

In this  one hour workshop, we examine and discuss how too much digital usage can negatively impact our personal and professional relationships. We then explore strategies to help put balance back in our lives in todays ever evolving digital world.

The workshop is hosted by Honest Digital Life, a digital wellness community focused on promoting ehtical technology and digital balance. It will be presented by Lea Angelin-Linker, an IT Director at a global financial institution who has over 15 years of experience in the Technology sector and is passionate about promoting and bringing digital balance and wellness into today's society.
