Through a mix of coaching and individualized practice sessions, you will sharpen your Human-Centered Design skills in line with your particular goals. The Advancing Innovation workshop will prepare you to:
Spark enthusiasm for innovation within your organization
Plan and apply the LUMA System on various projects
Lead teams to do collaborative work
Help your colleagues grow and develop their own ability to innovate
We tailor Advancing Innovation workshops for each particular group. Day One begins by evaluating the interests, goals and objectives of every participant. Together, we do a deeper exploration of the LUMA System, learn ways to combine Human-Centered Design methods, practice building method sets, and prepare for peer-to-peer practice sessions. On Day Two, you will focus on a track for concentrated growth:
Catalyst Track: Inspiring adoption of the LUMA System
Practitioner Track: Using the LUMA System in daily practice
Facilitator Track: Guiding others in using the LUMA System
Instructor Track: Teaching the LUMA System to others
You'll get a block of time to practice an activity within your track. Out of that work, you'll get feedback and support to carry with you into your next stage of development in applying the LUMA System.

Once you have registered, we do not offer refunds and we do not permit transfers from one workshop date to another. It is possible to send someone else in your place should you be unable to attend.
Also, please note that we reserve the right to cancel any public workshop up to 14 days prior to the start date of that workshop. If that happens, we'll notify you promptly and give you a full refund or the option to attend another public workshop within six months. We are not responsible for travel expenses or any costs that may be incurred as a result of a cancellation.
