Anxiety and depression can affect us all, even when life seems to be going OK. Don't miss this rare opportunity to hear from inspirational spiritual teacher Os Mahasaya as he discusses how yoga wisdom can help us deal with these difficult experiences and cultivate inner peace. Be inspired and reconnected through his authentic and transformative approach combining traditional Hatha Yoga (stretching & strengthening) relaxation, mindfulness, breathing and meditation techniques for beginners.
In our classes, you can learn how to heal yourself, get fit, expand your consciousness and understand the importance of Yoga, meditation, self-love, and compassion.
There is now substantial scientific evidence, deriving both from the study of the functions of the brain, and from cognitive psychology, that Yoga and meditation are central to our own happiness and well-being. This underlines the timeless importance of these ancient Yoga teachings.
All welcome, please bring your mat, something to share (Vegetarian food preferably) and try to be there around 4:55pm
