Real men do Pilates! “Manlates” focusses on the things that men need most, core strengthening and flexibility. Clinical Pilates improves core stability, general body conditioning, body imbalances, posture, strength, flexibility and breathing. As the classes are run by our male physiotherapists, the cost of the class can be claimed under your private health cover. Before attending a class, an initial assessment on each participant is completed in the clinic so that any injuries can be ruled out and basic Pilate’s principles can be taught. - Monday    7.00– 8.00pm What to bring to your first Manlates class: • Towel • Water Bottle • Socks (Can be purchased from A & I Physio) To book in for your initial assessment, please call A&I Physio on 4727 1400.
