Thursday Night Zumba with Rose

CLEAR YOUR HEAD AT THE END OF THE DAY WITH A NICE REFRESHING ZUMBA CLASS!THIS IS A FUN CLASS AND AS A DEDICATED AND LONG STANDING INSTRUCTOR I WILL SOON HAVE YOU BUSTING ALL THE RIGHT MOVES! THIS IS A MEDIUM INTENSITY CLASS, BUT THE BEAUTY IS YOU CAN GO AS HARD AS YOU LIKE. BRING A GOOD SUPPLY OF WATER BECAUSE YOU WILL CERTAINLY GET A GOOD WORKOUT! IT WILL COVER A VARIETY OF LATIN MUSIC STYLES AND GO FOR JUST UNDER AN HOUR. It is a good idea to come a bit early to 'check-in' so you don't miss the start. 10-15 minutes would be good. Casual class rate is $15 at the door. Packages for 5/10 classes are available. Student discount (16 and over for fulltime students) is also on offer.  Participants need to be over 16 years of age and NOT pregnant. THERE'S PLENTY OF FREE PARKING. LOOK FOR THE ZUMBA SIGN ON THE GATE AND GO TO THE COPLAND THEATRE IN FRONT OF YOU. WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORT/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT? There is good FREE parking at Copland College. It is not difficult and only a short distance.
