Level: Beginners - Intermediate
Instructor: Seng Mah
Maximum participants: 10
From classical to contemporary, from edgy to elegant, join us for a natural light portraiture workshop in the City and learn how to find and use beautiful light in an urban environment for portrait photography.
You'll learn about shooting on location: finding light, managing subject to background visualising, composing your portraits and posing your models within the built environment.
Whether you're a beginner or a more experienced photographer, you'll pick up great tips and techniques about portrait lighting.
Best of all, this is a hands-on event, with two models available for you to work with; so bring your camera and lenses and capture some great urban environmental portraits.
What's in this for you?
You'll be led by professional photographer and portrait lighting teacher, Seng Mah, through the session and come away with great captures! It's going to be a workshop that's full of fun and, if you're not a portrait photographer yet, it'll make you fall in love with portraiture!
Don't miss out as this event is limited to 10 participants (so that everyone can have hand-on time shooting with our models)!
WHAT TO BRING
Note: In the event of inclement weather on the date/time of the workshop, this event will be re-scheduled to Sunday 4th October, with the same running time. When booking, please make sure you are available on both date.
