ARCH Wellness Festival 19-21 July 2019

ARCH is a structure, consisting of a curved top on two supports, that holds the weight of something above it. 
Passing through the ARCH, you enter to a place with new knowledge, raise the consciousness of your knowing.
ARCH: En Route is an all day Holistic Wellness Festival. We are a group of like minded people, gathering together to help awakening of consciousness. 
We connect through meditation, fitness activities, human connection, arts and workshops to seek within. We encourage individuals to embrace their inner beings, let go of concerns, and be an authentic soul. Creating a community with the intention of love to life. 
We believe by understanding and being exposed to innovative healing modalities and products, we are to find our true happiness, for body, mind and spirit. There is no me, but only oneness, a unity of mankind.

This year, we are bringing you a 3 days of different experience.

19 Jul (5-9pm) : Mind Breaker 

We come together to celebrate our physical existence. We don’t need alcohol, we just come to be ourselves. Celebrating with uplifting music so to move and warm up our bodies, and dance and connect ourselves with like-minded. Dance and shake off all the crazy thoughts throughout the week. We come together to melt ourselves into the music.

20 Jul (12-9pm): Super Human

Physical endurance is something we are afraid to confront. It’s seems to be daunting to start that gym membership, that kickboxing class, that very fancy fitness club. Come for a day to understand yourselves a bit better. Unleash your hidden talent by trying out different type of fitness activities. Don’t go: “maybe next time.” Let’s say “What’s there to lose” Who knows, maybe you are the master all along. Come have some fun with yourselves, challenge yourself to run that extra mile, or push yourselves to do 5 more secs of plank. You just need to take the first step to try. Be your own master!

21 Jul (12-9pm): Super Natural 

Nature always do wonder. Take the moment to reflect, refresh and rejuvenate your mind. Come with us on a spiritual journey and discover your inner peace through meditation, workshops, panel sharing and community activities. Celebrate life by being present, being here at this moment, and embrace yourself as a spiritual being. Step on your awakening journey.
