Tuesday night out! There are so many puns we could put together on why you could have a drink and nibbles at Space Place…are there stars in your eyes, come join a stellar audience, what’s written in the stars…OK we’ll stop now.
Astronomy on Tap is the perfect way to spend a night out getting amongst the stars with a date, mate, or flying solo. Enjoy a drink on arrival as part of entry and then sit back and relax in the dark planetarium while presented with the skies above on screen, takes you from Wellington out to the Universe and beyond.
This is a great way to leave your earthly troubles behind and learn a little about is happening above our heads. There are also nibbles to enjoy and the interactive exhibition at Space Place to wonder around with another drink from the cash bar.
So, spend the night with us getting to know your night skies with your favourite friends.
