For over a decade Ive been a champion of the many fine Australian distillers as a writer, advocate and educator.

Join me on Saturday 18 September for a fun and informative tasting experience where I share with you insights into one of the most dynamic categories in craft spirits around the world: gin.

With nearly 400 gin makers alone in Australia with myriad range of expressions, where to start? .

You'll learn it's history, production techniques, its styles, and I'll showcase five different spirits from my own collection.

Youll also enjoy a welcome a G+T on arrival and antipasto platters from Cork and Glass.

Places are limited to 12 people only to ensure a personalised experience.

I can also be booked for private events at your place, or the venue, for groups 8 or more.
