BCC Chill Out Program: Clay Bugs & Creepy Crawlies

Please meet a Creative Kids Brisbane staff member near the Gardens Information desk. Look out for us in Active Parks blue and yellow (BCC colours) shirt. We'll lead you to the Arid Zone from there.

If you're running late, join us at the Arid Zone inside the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens - ask the information staff if you're unsure of our location. 

Each session runs for 2 hours and allows children to use the materials on offer to make a set art piece or something else completely. Parents and guardians must be in attandance at all times. Children under 5 will need some assistance from their parents. Note: Please only book tickets for children, tickets are not necessary for adults.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

All classes are suitable for chidlren of any age, although younger children will need some parental assistance with the activities.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Brisbanne City Council buses go directly to the Mt Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.

If you're driving - there is parking at the entrance

What can I bring into the event?

A wild imagination. We also suggest you bring a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, please don't print your ticket. We will have your name on a registration list.
