Your Beef & Beer Masterclass will start with a couple of Beef brisket brioche sliders stacked full of hot, delicious Hillock Downs beef dripping down your fingers served with a home brewed beer tasting with Oskar.
Followed by made on farm chipolatas with some bloody good sauces and the beer of your choice and then your off for a ride on the tractor with Eddie around the farm to see how that delicious beef is farmed.
Returning back to the 100 year old dairy it's time to get your apron on and roll up your sleeves and get to work with Marlene from 100 Mile Foodie – this class is hands on!
Have you always wanted to know how to cook that perfect tomahawk? Think you can smash down a whole one? Marlene will guide you through the secrets of meat, flame, time and char to perfect that perfect piece of meat along with some fried onion rings and crunchy Hawkes potatoes from just down the road in Boneo.
Top your masterpiece off with a few mindblowing sauces and it's time to eat!
Oskar will guide you through the secrets of making that home brew you've always wanted to have a crack at answering questions along the way, of course whilst sampling that next beer!
Local Sunnyridge strawberry farm strawberries maserated in Harts farm white balsamic vinegar will sweetly round off the day just nicely :)
