Tai Chi (Taijiquan in Chinese) is literally an internal Chinese Martial Art that has been practiced in China since the 16th Century. It is a tranquil and graceful way of keeping fit, improving your health, and helping to prevent the stresses and strains of modern living. Classes include Qigong breathing and meditation techniques; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; martial applications, forms and in time, weaponry. The classes are created as the perfect mind-body exercise program for all Australians based on well-researched and tested guidelines from the best sport universities, organisations and professionals in China and Australia. They work to provide you with the perfect mind-body exercise program suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
