BEYCHELLA - Beyonce Fitness Event

Turn the lights down and find your SASHA FIERCE...it's Beychella, a Beyonce' dance-cardio festival in Perth!!

Let's festival it up with BEYCHELLA in 2020!A dance-cardio class (IN THE DARK) set to the best Beyonce' (and friends) tracks, ALL IN THE DARK! Join The Jungle Body Tribe for 1 hour of Beyonce' fierceness!

DATE: Wednesday Feb 26th 2020 | TIME: 6:00pm - 7:10pm | COST: $12 per person

PARKING: Parking for around $2 at Leederville Town Hall OR free street parking on Hollyrood + Abbotsford St.

WHAT TO EXPECT:The Jungle Body Tribe is a 1 hour class in the dark with just 4 moves per track (so even the uncoordinated OR low fitness levels can twerk out too), set to Beyonce + friends music. Twerk, Squat, Box + Sweat!

This is a FULL BODY cardio workout and we also have a few hand weight tracks too so you will be able to get fit, lose weight AND tone! Guaranteed to work up to 700 calories!!

WHAT TO WEAR:Activewear + good sneakers, feel free to dress like Bey so you can sashay all day and slay!! There may even be FREE CLASSES as prizes to those who do dress up!!

WHAT TO BRING:Yoga mat or towel, Water, 1.5-2kg dumbbells (we have a few spare)

This class is a one-off Beyonce' class, however EVERY week we work out to brand new tracks in the dark, old school and RnB music every single week on Wednesday's at 6pm!
