Biology: Year 12 Kickstarter

In this Year 12 Kickstarter Workshop, we’re going to help you master key challenging areas from Year 12 Module 5 of the Year 12 new HSC Biology syllabus + get a head start on Module 6!

In this 3 hour workshop during the school holidays on Thursday 16th or Thursday 23rd January, we will help you:

• Master cell control and hormonal variation as part of reproduction
• Develop an in-depth understanding of Genetic patterns and inheritance variation
• Apply these concepts to the new HSC syllabus Module 6 – Heredity so you’ve got a kickstart into the next term!

Why is it important to master this now?

These are key concepts in HSC Biology. Don’t continue Year 12 with gaps in your understanding – it’s going to make the HSC course a lot more challenging. This workshop, therefore, will help you build a strong foundation so you can excel in your HSC!

Workshop Teacher:

Ken has a PhD with a focus on Biology as well as a Bachelor of Biotechnology (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney. Ken has over 5 years of teaching experience supporting students from small classes through to workshops of over 150 students! With the new HSC Science syllabi bringing in concepts from a University level, Ken brings his extensive post-graduate knowledge into the HSC course to help students excel!
