Blasta Brewing HQ is at it again with another boilermaker, this time we will be hosting them once a month. Starting off with a bang, we have invited The Great Southern Distilling Company with their award winning Limeburners Single Malt Whisky. Pairing this with OUR award winning beers, it's a night not to be missed. And don't worry, while you are learning all about these great beverages we will also be providing you with 3 course degustation to match. MENU First Round: Limeburners American Oak paired with Blasta Brewing's Where the helles Burrswood Entree: Whisky Cured Atlantic Salmon, rye crostini, dill cream with pickled greens. Second Round: Limeburners Port Cask paired with Blasta Brewing's Chainbreaker Main: Oak smoked Lamb Ribs, cask glaze, fennel and sesame slaw with tahini.
