When we release these traumas from this life, past lives or inherited structures we can start to feel lighter and more able to accept, love and forgive ourselves. We start to want to look after our bodies, our minds and our hearts. We move towards a place of self-love and it feels incredible. It is liberating for the soul to feel an immense amount of love for your-self. Then it naturally starts to flow out of you like a shinning light and you become a beacon of love in the world.
This workshop will also bring in frequencies to activate collagen. As we age collagen production is reduced. The activation of collagen at a cellular and DNA level, can help it to re-build which helps our skin, muscles, joints and eyes feel healthier.
Out-dated beliefs about aging and degeneration of the body that reside in mass consciousness keep us believing that our life and health deteriorates with age.
