Join Wakefield Press and the History Festival for the launching of a new edition of Flight to Fame, Sir Ross Smith’s gripping account of his epic 1919 flight from England to Australia, giving him and his colleagues victory in what is still known as the 'Great Air Race'. This new edition is edited and introduced by historian Peter Monteath and includes numerous images from the State Library of South Australia’s collection.
