Boxing For Fitness (Modified with weights) (FREE)
A great way to get active, boxing for fitness.
Increase your fitness using general boxing techniques, combinations and punches incorporating legs, arms, abs and running into the workout. A great way to get active, increase your cardio fitness and build all-over strength. Due to current COVID restrictions, please bring along small weights or filled water bottles to the class as we will be using these instead of boxing equipment (contactless).
