As part of our focus to improve our processes, systems and service delivery, the Building and Property Request System (BPRS) will no longer be available for the initiation of service requests from 9am Monday 19 November.
From this date, Service One will become the single pathway for staff to initiate service requests related to cleaning, care-taking, maintenance, grounds, mail and courier, transport, car parking, and access. Service One is already being widely used for some of these services and additional services will be added in the coming weeks to fully enable this transition.
Come along to this Morning Tea Roadshow at Alere Function Centre where the two teams, Property, Facilities and Development and Service One, will be available to answer any questions about this transition.
