As a Dare to Lead™ and Daring Greatly™ Certified Facilitator Anna Ranaldo certified with Dr Bréne Brown in 2016. We now have hundreds of leaders and teams who have attended Dare to Lead™, Rising Strong™, or intact team workshops incoporating Dr Brené Browns research.

The Brave Business Forum of graduates meets regularly throughout the year to take the work of Bréne Brown deeper into our hearts, teams, organisations, schools and communities.

Into the Arena - Exploring Brené Browns concept of the Arena "Seats" of power & privaledge with guest speaker Anna Lee from Leed Consulting.

Anna Lee is a diversity and inclusion consultant who believes that cultivating belonging can change the world. Drawing on the fields of social psychology, behavioural economics and neuroscience, she works with leaders to remove barriers to inclusion, address systemic inequalities and safeguard against unconscious biases.

In 2016 Anna discovered the Tiny Habits method, developed by BJ Fogg at Stanford University. Since becoming an accredited Tiny Habits coach, Anna has delighted in watching people transform their lives and workplaces by taking small, meaningful actions that lead to lasting change.
