Assoc Prof Marcos Signorelli from Federal University of Paraná, Brazil is in Melbourne as part of a three-week study visit with the Safer Families Centre in January and February.

His research interests involve the intersections between gender, violence and health, particularly violence against women and violence against LGBTI+ people, with a focus on primary health care and multi-sectoral interventions in low-and-middle-income settings
