There is a difference between breathing techniques and breath conditioning, and we show you how to improve your breathing in a structured way.
Rather than relying on singular techniques, Functional Breathing has developed the BREATHE Method which is a simple but comprehensive methodology.
What you'll learn.
If you would like to come to our classes then they can be taken stand alone.But we can also help you develop and track an action plan over the weeks. Typically good results can be achieved in 4-5 weeks and lasting change can occur between 8-10 weeks.
