EXPERIENCE THE INEXPLICABLE

Ana Carusi will guide you through an inexplicable inner journey.

Breathwork is a breathing practice in which the conscious control of breathing influences a person's mental, emotional or physical state.

It's known by its power to act directly in our Self (unconscious) leaving us with a REAL and perhaps, one of the MOST PROFOUND EXPERIENCES you will ever have.

I invite you to experience the inexplicable and your work is only to breathe and surrender...

SURRENDER AND FEEL THE INEXPLICABLE.

Limited places.

Please check contraindications below before purchasing the ticket.

Please bring your yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, eye mask and pillow.

Ana Carusi

Ana is a Breathwork and Neurofeedback Practitioner.

Commonly referred to New Age tools, both practices work hand-in-hand for the purpose of promoting greater self-control, balance and the acceptance of life facts and personal circumstances throughout our entire lifetime, and its many cycles.

Whereas Neurofeedback analysis allows us to process and interpret data collected from readings of active areas of our brain, providing insight into humans neurological functionalities (including fear, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, mood, trauma, sadness, and many others), Breathwork acts as a literal life-saver by connecting us to our inner self, our unconscious and giving us the ultimate opportunity to potentialise our internal powers, while discovering new ones.

Obtaining a real feeling of self-control, balance and acceptance are the first steps towards fulfilment (also called happiness), and so the result of this magical exchange can be truly life-changing!

For this session, we will be focusing on a Breathwork technique called Conscious Connected Breathing, which provides us the opportunity to develop a true connection between our consciousness and unconsciousness, helping us to set a path towards achieving the level of fulfilment we so much desire and indeed need to make all of our many life cycles an amazing experience.

I have been a successful Ego. I choose life at its potential and became a seeker of balance, self-control and acceptance for every single human being. Breathwork delivers, Neurofeedback proves and thats when the magic happens!
