This is a weekly Breathwork with intention for those looking to deepen their connection to self and be guided within.
Breathwork is an incredible tool to allow you to connect with the body and release any trauma (fear) that has been suppressed or held onto. It is a specific breath technique that allows for deep release and self realisation, dropping back into our truth, surrendering to love.
Nothing is outside of us and when we draw on these tools to allow us to connect back into our own truth we can come from a place of clarity and calm. Being connected in this way with ourself creates a more profound connection with others and the Earth we live on.
