What will happen:

In this workshop, you will learn about how these significant emotional events like trauma, abuse and other experiences impact our minds and how they limit our lives by installing limiting beliefs. You will learn what limiting beliefs you have been living with and learn how to get rid of them in the workshop. In this event, your host Reshma will show you how to live in a responsive state rather than reactive state. This will help you establish new empowering beliefs in order to achieve your goals and become happier in life and feel more confident moving forward.

Reshma in a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) & Hypnotherapy and works as a life coach. She works exclusively with women who have been a victim of trauma and abuse in the past. She works towards bringing them out of the detrimental effects of those incidents in the past and changes their lives’ stories by empowering them and helping them achieve their bigger goals. She has helped many women get out of Overthinking, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD & Suicidal Thoughts with her Breakthrough Coaching Program. She has been featured in various podcasts & articles for her work and runs workshops like this besides her coaching program to empower women.
