Is Burnout a must experience in order to succeed?

LWDfromHEL will host an event on January 17th on Burnout and the concept of success and what it takes to "succeed". The event consist of a panel discussion and a workshop divided to 4-6 themes. The event is hosted by Avidly Finland who will also serve some drinks and snacks. Doors open 5pm - Panel starts at 5.30pm. Ticket sales start at 2pm Helsinki time on Friday January 4th.
In the panel discussion we will have professional leaders talking about how young women are pressurised to succeed and what success actually should or could mean. The panelists include the awesome and experienced leaders Ilse Manner from Roima & independent advisor Suvi Johansson that will start as CEO for Differo in February and Lotta Vaija who Heads the Creative Team at Avidly Finland.
In the following workshop we will look at a few different viewpoints in relation to the risk of burning out and will aim to find quick ideas and solutions for a better work/life balance.The workshops will be themed and division is done with the help of lottery at the door. Naturally should you absolutely wish to be in one specific group, we will aim at enabling that for you. 
Moderator and facilitator of the event is the wonderful artist-coach Katriina Haikala.
