The Kingdom of Cambodia will have on July 29, 2018 the elections for NATIONAL ASSEMBLY in a poll that will see 20 parties competing for the parliament seats.

The elections are considered by the international community as transparent, free, fair and in accordance wit the international norms and prescriptions.

The final report of the elections monitors will be made public in July 30, 2018 in the first version and at the end on August 2018 in the final version.

20 parties are taking part in the election on July 29, noting that eight political parties took part in the 2013 election.

“It showcases that multiple-party democracy is flourishing,” Mr Sovannarom said. “We are walking on the road of multiple-party democracy to hold the election on July 29.”

50.000 internal and international observers will attend the elections in the Kingdom.
