Die Jungs um den Frontmann und Gitarristen Klaus
Fankhauser beschreiben ihren Sound selbst als „sexy skate, snow groove
Rock“. Die Kombination aus Gitarre, Bass, Schlagzeug und Gesang
erfindet sich mit der Musik von Sempre Caoz immer wieder neu:

Self Help have got a name for themselves for their rambunctious punk style and energetic live shows.
Self Help began as a two-piece in 2016, when guitarist and singer Danny met drummer Silke
and realised a shared love for in-your-face rock and roll. The duo was later joined by
bassist Lizzie and guitarist Sean, who had also found refuge in the vibrant Oxford Music Scene.
The unusual combination of a fierce female rhythm section and sensitive boys on guitar soon started to make waves and attract the attention of local music hero Ronan Munro, BBC’s Steve Lamacq, Tom Robinson and Dave Gilyeat, as well as ardent fans who turn up to every show.
Self Help toured relentlessly across the UK throughout 2018 and released two EPs, "Birthdayboy" and “Organic Noise Kitchen”. Having spent two weeks in Grenoble, France collaborating with musicians from all over the world, Self Help are planning to expand their horizons beyond the UK in 2019.
