We love Carbonara! Silky, creamy, delicious.. and not a drop of cream in sight. Carbonara Day is a time to celebrate this amazing dish. Join us for a fun and interactive hands on cooking class. You will create, and eat, a traditional Carbonara and a modern interpretation:

• Traditional Spaghetti Carbonara

• Rigatoni alla Carbonara

Ticket includes aperitivo on arrival, all food and matching drink, and a goodie bag to take home.
