CERT FIRST AIDER COURSE (CPR + AED)

Overview of Course

CERT First Aider Course is customised and designed for Emergency Responders who required the knowledge and skill sets to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) as well as administer the basic first aid required during incident before the arrival of medical assistance.

Who Should Attend?

This course aims to provide the Emergency Response Team members (RT) with the skills and knowledge required to apply the basic first aid response, life support, management of casualty(s) until the arrival of medical assistance. This course is contextualised and target for operators or technicians taking on the role of ERT in the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT). It is also suitable for Individuals keen on learning basic lifesaving skills for personal development; First Aiders with prior CPR knowledge keen on upgrading their lifesaving skills and knowledge.

 Course Objectives

The participants should achieve the following competencies upon completion of the course:

• Perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Operate an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
• Manage sprains, dislocations, cuts, fractures and burns
• Use safe manual casualty handling and carrying techniques

Time: 9.00am to 6.00pm ( 1 day)

Course Fees: S$120 per pax (all inclusive)

Course Fees Funding: Not Applicable

Accreditation: CPR + AED Certificate (2 years validity) accredited by NRC upon successful completion of course and assessment (in partnership with 1st Aid + Healthcare Learning Centre)

How much is the training fees?

 S$120 per pax (all inclusive of training materials, assessment fees).  

Is this course subsidized?

This course is not a subsidized course.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The directional details will be sent to participants upon registration of this training.

Is my registration transferrable?

 Your registration can be transferred but you will have to inform the Administrator at admin@certcg.com at least 7 working days in advance. Administrative charges will apply for any no show or last minute changes.

How do I pay for the training?

 Upon registration, an invoice will be sent to your registered address. Payment can be done by cheque. If credit card payment is preferred, do inform the Administrator at admin@certcg.com. a payment link will be sent to you.

Please note that training is only confirmed with full payment. 

What is the refund policy?

 The Company does not refund but you are allowed to transfer your seats. Please give notice of at least 07 working days.

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

 As Certificate will be issued upon completion of this training, please ensure that your details are correct.
