The ME/CFS Mental Health and Wellbeing group focuses on creating connection with others who have a similar experience. It is a space to authentically share and grow.
Together we will:

Gather in a therapeutic space, in which challenges of ME/CFS are acknowledged and validated
Explore tools and strategies to better understand mental health
Discuss how we can live a life of meaning and fulfilment

Support persons are very welcome to attend.
