Chakra Balancing Mala Making Workshop

Join Supreme Peace Yoga & Wellness as we partner with Jennifer Rodgers of Chakras & Seas in creating a personalized mala for your meditation practice. 

• Explore the therapuetic qualities of each gemstone and it's impact on the Chakra system.
• Appreciate the sacred art of making Mala prayer beads, and the symbolism of each element.
• Learn to create a traditional Mala including how to string the beads, tie knots and finish the Mala with a traditional tassel.
• Activate the energy and intentions of our Malas.
• Practice meditating with and properly holding your new Mala.

Mala Kit includes

• 108 gemstone beads of student’s choice (see below)
• 4 marker beads and 1 guru bead (Clear Crystal Quartz)
• S-Lon cord (20’)
• Embroidery thread to make a handmade tassel
• Silver and antique bronze metal bead spacers for embellishing
• Jewelry pouch

Choose from one of 7 different crystals aimed at strengthening and balancing a specific chakra of your choice. (Not sure what a chakra is, or which you want to balance? Don't worry. Pick the one that catches your eye. That will be the one you need. Trust me--it always works out!)
