Chakra Balancing & Mindful Meditation (7week or casual entry)
Kajal, founder of "Serene Body, Mind & Souls" will be facilitating this 7 Week course on Mindful Meditation and Chakra Balancing.
Over a 7 week period, Kajal will guide and assist you with healing, balancing and connecting with your 7 chakra's.
To develop the Art of meditation, one needs a consistent practise - This specially designed course, guides you to experience the deepening of your senses and the stilling of your mind, so you may access peace and calmwithin.
The connection and healing of the 7 Chakra's over the 7 weeks, will allow you to "Let go" of unnecessary baggage of thoughts in your mind and negative energy in your Aura. This will assist you to achieve balance and harmony and to cultivate healing in your system.
Kajal teaches meditation which is graceful and simplistic - no experience is necessary.
The 75 Meditation session will consist of :
· Guided Breathing (pranayama) exercises
· Guided Visualisation techniques
· Body scan/Yoga Nidra/Guided Relaxation
Our 7 weekly meditation classes will cover connecting with each chakra one at a time and work with it on a much more deeper level. We work on sending healing to each chakra and planting positive seeds of affirmations into your sub conscious mind.
