Energy healers, Intuitives and Mother/Daughter duo; Carol from Divine Enlightenment and Karlee Imogen come together to share an enlightening and grounding afternoon spent awakening the Root Chakra, your energy centre of security and safety and your connection to ‘home’.

Coming home is about finding that inner connection to home, and switching off from the external noise in order to be more grounded, present and live more fully.

We often search for that external connection to ‘home’. For that safe solid ground we can physically see and touch. Yet home extends from the heart. It’s an inward connection. Imagine pulling on that wonderful feeling of “coming home” from any place, not just the one that puts a roof over your head.

The afternoon will include;

- Opening circle and energy cleansing.

- Reiki-Infused “Root Chakra” Yoga (or your choice to meditate).

- Guided Meditation taking you on a “coming home” journey.

- Informative talk on how being present and dropping back into your body are key tools for activating your Root Chakra.

- Soulful activities to help you understand your Root Chakra and what is lowering your energy centre.

- Mini oracle card readings.

- Raw treats, and herbal teas.

- Goodie bag.
