Clean Up Australia Day at Bonython Park

Join us for Clean Up Australia Day at Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli

Join us as we clean up Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli together in a bid to prevent waste polluting our parks, roadsides, waterways and oceans.

Volunteer registrations for Clean Up Australia Day 2020 are open, with City of Adelaide issuing an appeal to the local community to step up on Sunday 1 March, to clean up the amount of waste at Bonython Park/Tulya Wardli.

Date: Sunday 1st March 2020.

Time: 9am - 12pm.

Location: Bonython Park/ Tulya Wardli, Port Rd Adelaide 5000.

Getting there: Please consider using sustainable transportation, like public or active travel (walk, bike, bus, tram). Car parking is also available.

Meeting Point: Kiosk / playground, look for the City of Adelaide flags.

Provided: Equipment and sunscreen. Toilet facilities available onsite.

Refreshments: Light refreshments and coffee will be provided. BYO water bottles and keep cups to ensure a zero waste event!

Please wear: flat, closed toe shoes (i.e. sneakers) and clothes that are suitable for weather conditions on the day (i.e. a hat, sunglasses and cool, long sleeve tops for hot temperatures).

All children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Experts in field of waste and recycling will be available to answer your tricky questions.
