Course Title: The Coach Approach to Managing (2-day workshop)
Length: 2 days (A week apart)
Duration: 09:30 - 16:30 both days
Target Audience: Aimed at first line and front line people managers, this course is also appropriate people managers at all levels of the Capability Framework looking to develop their interpersonal relationships and develop new strategies for improving team and individual performance and accountability through taking a coach approach.
Adopting a coaching approach is not merely about learning a bunch of tools and techniques to be wheeled out and rigidly applied to certain set of circumstances or used to ‘fix’ difficult people. It is a way of developing and managing people which requires you to think and act in a non-directive way.
By the end of this practical 2-day workshop, you will gain an understanding of:
