For guests wanting to experience an interactive Cocktail Masterclass, the team at 1806 will provide your group with the ingredients, equipment and most importantly the ‘know how’ to make your own cocktails. Classes are hosted by our seasoned resident bartending team, and will run for approximately 1.5 hours depending on the group size.

During that time you will learn about the history of mixed drinks, pro-tips/techniques and prepare (and drink) two classic cocktails. Currently the two featured cocktails are the world famous Mojito and the forgotten class that is the Charlie Chaplin.
