 An introduction to making espresso coffee; Select and grind coffee beans | Extract and monitor the quality of espresso | Texture milk | Organise your coffee station | Serve and present coffee. Small groups per session to ensure hands-on training.

LEARNING OUTCOME 

High Season short course in coffee training provides you with current and relevant skills in preparing you for employment within the Hospitality industry. Learn the necessary knowledge required to work in cafes and restaurants when ordering, serving or making coffee. This is a beginner's course with hands-on training in making and presenting coffee. 

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Present your Eventbrite ticket upon arrival at 2 pm 

The course is designed for your attendance within 2 hours.
