Description
You are invited to join us for a free Intercountry Adoptee Film and Discussion Night featuring Common Knowledge by Sin Stewart.
Sin is a Thai Australian adoptee living in Adelaide. He is passionate about film, music and art and created a short film about his time returning to Thailand. Post Adoption Support Services is hosting a screening for adult intercountry adoptees to come and view this film together in a safe and supportive environment.
This event will provide an opportunity for intercountry adoptees to meet and talk together about their experiences of adoption, growing up in a country where you look and feel different to those around you, and about making the decision, or not, to travel back to birth country.
If you have a piece of work (i.e. photo, film, painting etc.) in relation to being adopted that you would like to share at this event, we would love to hear from you.
