Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

No

Am I able to transfer this ticket to another date/venue?

Yes. Your ticket is good for one calendar year from the date of your purchase. This ticket will be accepted for any similar event even if the price has increased.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

No video or audio recording allowed. Bring your laptop, tablet, smartphone.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes but a new application questionnaire must be completed and accepted. A transfer does not ensure acceptance.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is on street parking as well as parking lots nearby.

We do suggest you use public transportation to Navy Pier. Lake Point Tower is located across the street from Navy Pier.  Lake Point does have a garage and discounted parking is $25.

What are the closest hotels to the event?

Sheraton, Loews, Embassy Suites are closest. Hyatt, Marriott, Intercontinental, Best Western, Courtyard Inn, Fairfield Inn are within a 5-minute walk.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No

What is the ticket event refund policy?

30 days in advance for full refund.

After 15 days no refund but tickets are transferable. 

What is the symposium refund policy?

If for any reason you don't feel that you are receiving mind-blowing, results getting, insights, tips, tools, and resources the first day of the symposium simply turn in your materials and we will issue a refund less $100 per day for the cost of meals, beverages, and snacks.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

No. If you plan to give your ticket to someone else they must complete the admission questionnaire and be accepted to the event using the same criteria as posted.
