Imagine taking some much needed time out to lay under the shade of the trees on a warm Sunday afternoon, a cool breeze blows over you. In a deep trance you get to listen to the sounds of nature and the amazing sounds of the alchemy crystal tones singing bowls. You feel the vibration of them through every cell of your body. As you lay there in bliss; be open to receive the healing energy from seicim sekhem reiki (SSR) as your practitioner sends out these healing waves of the power of all love energy. SSR heals on an emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels, assisting you to shift energy that no longer serves you, opening up space in your mind, body, heart and soul to allow in abundance of all the amazing aspects of life.

Session outline:

* 3:15 pm sharp meet in the first carpark to your right at the Mane Magic sign. Follow the guide to the sacred spot and settle in for a 330pm sharp start.

* Introduction and run down of the session

* Space cleared and blessed and intention setting

* Cacao for those who wish to participate

* Guided deep trance meditation

* Sound healing and SSR healing energy session

* Come back to the space and journaling of your experience

* Closing and gratitude ceremony

5pm leave feeling refreshed, healed and blissful

For those who wish to include the Cacao, Cacao is an ancient Mayan ceremonial drink, it assists in opening the heart space and lifts the consciousness to awaken your authentic self and soul. Cacao with the sound and energy healing will raise your vibration and send healing to where it is most needed in your body. A ceremonial dose will be available for the desired experience. If you’ve not had cacao before or have any food intolerances please contact me prior. A note on cacao, if you’re on anti depressants, pregnant or have a heart condition it is advised to seek a medical professionals advice before consuming as it may interfere with any medications and even though cacao is natural it is considered stimulant so anyone with a sensitivity to any of the above please take note.

Items to bring with you for an amazing experience:

* Its recommended to only have had a light meal a few hours previous to the ceremony and steer clear of caffeine and alcohol the day of before and after the ceremony.

* Yoga mat or rug to lay on, pillows, rugs or anything to make it comfy to lay on the grass. An eye mask is a nice touch to help you to go deep

* Water, pen and paper and mozie spray just in case there is bugs (citronella candles will be burning near by)

* Any small crystals or amulets you want to be charged with the energy to take with you after the session.

* Please note no children under the age of 13 are allowed and all minors must be accompanied by a parent. If you are not at the designated meeting place by 315pm then you will miss out on the session as we do not want to disturb the other participants experience. If it is raining the event will be postponed or a refund will be available, only once the event host has contacted all participants of the event raincheck. The host will email all participants with contact details for the day and information on the exact meeting point. No refunds of tickets, you can transfer to another person once you’ve contacted the host.
