Are you looking for a JOYFUL way to be fit and nourish your body, mind, emotions & soul? If you are ready to tap into the WISDOM of your body and transform your health and life, then join our weekly session.
Allow yourself the freedom to move your body to the rhythm of your soul and ignite your bliss in a safe & sacred space with liked-minded people. This class is for everyBODY. I f you can walk, you can move & groove.
No dance experience required, only the willingness to show up, have fun and be your wonderful self.
Class starts at 7:15 p.m. sharp. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to settle in.
What to bring: a water bottle, comfortable clothes that allows you to move freely, inside shoes or I suggest dancing bare feet (optional), a yoga mat or blanket for stillness at the end of class.
